Our Story

Founded around a simple observation

Xanthe Co began in Kuala Lumpur after its founders spent several years working alongside e-commerce businesses across Southeast Asia. The pattern they kept seeing was the same: sellers who were good at finding customers often had much messier operations behind the scenes than they realised — stock managed through scattered notes, orders tracked in shared spreadsheets, dispatch handled differently every week.

The business exists to address that directly. Not with software, not with outsourcing — but with structured advisory that helps owners and operators understand their current operations clearly, identify where things break down, and put straightforward habits and systems in place that hold up as the store grows.

We work best with sellers who are already operating — not idea-stage — and who have a sense that their back end needs more attention than their front end currently gets.

Our Mission

Operations that don't need constant attention

Our aim is straightforward: to help online stores reach a point where their operations run on well-understood routines rather than individual effort and memory. When stock, orders, and fulfilment are managed through clear processes, sellers spend less time firefighting and more time on the parts of their business they want to focus on.

We're not a technology provider, a fulfilment house, or a management consultancy in the traditional sense. We're an advisory firm — which means our job is to help you think clearly about your operations and act on what you find.

Written deliverables every time

Every session produces a written output — a summary note, a template, or a section of a playbook. We do not run engagements that end without something the client can take away and use.

Confidentiality as standard

Client information — including business details, operational data, and anything shared during sessions — is treated as confidential and is never shared with third parties or used beyond the engagement.

Predictable scope and pace

We define scope before an engagement starts and stick to it. Sessions are scheduled in advance, delivered on time, and we communicate clearly if anything needs to change.

We aim to give clients an accurate picture of their operations — including areas that need work — rather than feedback shaped to be comfortable. Useful advisory is direct.

Xanthe Co works within this context. Our advisory draws on practical experience with Malaysian e-commerce sellers and focuses on the parts of operations that are often least structured: how inventory is tracked between sales and replenishment, how order queues are managed during busy periods, how dispatch is handled when volumes increase, and how service-related tasks fit into the overall daily flow.

We don't sell software, manage fulfilment on behalf of clients, or provide marketing services. Our work is focused on how the operations behind a store are organised and run — the habits, routines, documentation, and decision-making structures that determine whether a store's back end scales well or creates increasing friction over time.
