What does a session actually involve?
Sessions are structured conversations where we look at how your store currently manages stock, orders, and fulfilment. We ask questions, map out your current flow, and identify where things could be simplified or better organised. Each session ends with notes or a short summary you can refer back to.
How long does an engagement take?
It depends on the programme. The Store Operations Review is a single session. The Fulfilment Flow Advisory runs across four sessions, typically over a few weeks. The E-commerce Operations Programme spans eleven sessions and is generally completed over two to three months, depending on your schedule and pace.
Are sessions held in person or online?
Sessions can be held online via video call, which is the most practical option for most clients. In-person sessions at our Kuala Lumpur office can also be arranged for those who prefer to meet face to face — please let us know when you enquire.
What do I need to prepare before a session?
No formal preparation is required. It helps to have a general sense of where your current challenges lie — for instance, whether it's tracking stock levels, handling order errors, or organising dispatch. We'll guide the conversation from there. You don't need to present data or reports in advance.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is fixed per engagement — RM 500 for the Store Operations Review, RM 2,220 for the Fulfilment Flow Advisory, and RM 4,560 for the E-commerce Operations Programme. Payment terms are discussed at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees or variable charges based on outcomes.
Is my business information kept confidential?
Yes. Information shared during sessions is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of the advisory engagement. We do not share client details or business information with third parties. If a more formal confidentiality arrangement is needed, this can be discussed before the engagement begins.
